Production of Products:
What is the Estimated Production Time?
The majority of our products are usually ready for shipment within 10-15 working days. Urgent 3-5 days rush orders are possible but not always. Please contact us prior the purchase if a rush order is required.
Can the graphics used for the decoration of our products be alternated?
In most of the cases, graphic designs used for our products personalization/decoration cannot be alternated due to automated product templates output setups. Only parts that can and will be alternated are requested personalisation details for particular products. but we
Shipping and Delivery
Do you Post Internationally?
We ship to Australia and rest of the world via Australia Post. Delivery cost for international shipment varies from country to country. Please check out with us the cost of delivery to your destination prior the purchase. We use Australia Post for International shipping and all prices including shipping are in AUD.
Estimated Delivery Time?
We post with Australia Post from Perth WA. Regular shipping takes 3-5 days to most metro areas, with the exception of rural Australia and NT (where it can take 7-9 days). Once your order has been posted, you are able to track your product through Australia Post.
Delivery Costs?
For most of our products delivery cost, Australia wide is included in the price of the product. If not you’ll be get shipping costs stated in your shopping cart.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?
If not requested by the customer a signature for delivery is not required. Extra cost required for delivery with the requested signature.
My order hasn’t arrived. What happens now?
All orders posted from Blue Kite Gifts are provided with Australian Post tracking number which can be used to track your order. Once orders have been posted with Australia Post, we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. If your parcel has not arrived by its suggested arrival date, it will be reported to Australia Post as lost, and we suggest you do the same.

Blue Kite Gifts is an online store only. To view or purchase our product, our website or our Etsy shop www.etsy.com/Blue Kite Gifts store. Our products can also be viewed on our Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram pages.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and all Shopify payment option stated in checkout
GST is included in our prices for all Australian residents.
Products ordered and sent outside of Australia will not be charged GST.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund and Exchange Policy
We cannot guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors. Everyone makes mistakes (including us).
We want your order to be made just the way you want it.
In accordance with our refund and exchange policy is that if the error was on our side we will promptly replace the item at our expense. We will use the original invoice or message you typed when ordering as our reference to determine this.
If the error was made by you (as reflected on your order receipt), or you have a change of mind, the product cannot be replaced.
Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.
Damaged Items
Each product that we send is securely wrapped with the utmost care to ensure your package gets to you safely. Unfortunately, parcels get damaged occasionally. Damaged of the product in transit is beyond our control and such damaged in transit products will not be replaced or refunded by Blue Kite Gifts.
